Terms & Conditions

Thank you for shopping with us, we value you as a client at Muska Lighting and as a client you accept the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you.

Our return policy is as follows:

  • All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Returned special orders will be charged a 25% shipping fee
  • Returned merchandise from stock will be charged a 10% handling fee
  • Returned floor models will be charged a $25.00 labor fee
  • 100% Non-Refundable deposit on all custom or altered orders

To receive a refund please make sure of the following:

  • All returned items must be in resalable condition
  • The product must be fee from scratches and/or defects
  • All merchandise must be in original packaging
  • REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ON ANY INSTALLED PRODUCT
  • Clearance items are for final sale and may not be returned
  • Custom made or made to order products are not eligible for return

Order Cancellations

Please do not email or leave us a message for cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, call our main number immediately to request a cancellation at 651-227-8881. If your order is custom made or made to order, it cannot be cancelled once the manufacturer has started production.

If your order is not a custom made product but has already shipped from the factory we will charge a 25% shipping fee.

Warranties

All products sold by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties and terms of those warranties will vary for each manufacturer.
